Red Vector Support

Red Vector provides AzTechSoft customers with "Live" customer service available 7 days a week, 15 hours a day (with extended hours around holidays).

Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm EST, they can call TOLL-FREE 1-866-546-1212.

After hours and on weekends, they can email CustomerService@RedVector.com and are guaranteed a response within 2 hours.  If they include their phone number in the email, they will be called back instead of emailed back.
